Holy cow; it's not the fact that you used GIMP that astounds me (after all the program is basically the same as photoshop) it is the fact that you did this all without a tablet 0.0 I couldn't do this WITH a tablet let alone my touchpad.. great work!

PS:is there a reason for the lines on the neck that are clearly visible?

I mean how you can see the "paint lines" for lack of better word. I mean it is not as well blended? in the neck area. You see what i mean?

Oh, yes now I see where you mean. Well, there was "warpaint" there, and it wasn't very clear, I only saw the general shape really. And so that's what that is.
